World Emblem can create weekly customized reports that will help clients not only gauge World Emblem's performance but directly assist clients in managing their own inventory. Clients have the ability to can track historical usage, cyclical or seasonal, conditions inherent in certain products, to aid in accurately forecasting their special needs.  Another key tool for daily management is World Emblem's Open Order Status Report, which shows clients where their order is in our production queue, allowing us to schedule their work accurately.  The reports created by World Emblem are fully customizable and have proven to be instrumental in budget management and cost control. World Emblem hosts a secure server that safely protects the E-World ordering environment.  All of your designs are password protected on the server and may only be accessed by the authorized agents for the client's account.  World Emblem maintains every design the client ever ordered and posts it for future viewing and ordering at no additional charge.  Emblems are scanned upon shipping, then categorized and stored on in the catalog for future ordering.  It's easy, fast and it costs less than standard methods, because it takes clients less time to complete the order process.  Once the logo is scanned, the image and a full history of the design ordering pattern is posted to assist clients with their ordering patterns.  This information is necessary to order at the best price available based on the quantity the client requires.

A World Emblem representative will travel to the client's location and establish the connection to the on-line catalog. Upon completion of the connection, the client will be trained on the functionality and flexibility of E-World.  Clients will specifically be trained on how to place orders, review orders and even submit design requests all through their on-line catalog.
