“If an order comes in by 3 p.m., we ship same day overnight to our customer — it’s 100% custom-made upon order,” COO Jim Kozel said. “We do no less than 10,000 orders a day with more than 15,000 pieces out of the Norcross facility every single day. That’s world-class manufacturing, no matter how you look at it. It’s amazing what we’re able to put out.”
