While Tony first joined World Emblem as a regional sales manager, he now oversees all sales for the western U.S. along with strategic accounts domestically and abroad. Before joining World Emblem, Tony spent 3 years working in the industrial uniform space as an account manager in Boston, MA and San Diego, CA. Today, his favorite part of his job is mentoring other members of the sales team as well as spending time face-to-face with clients. Not only that, he thrives off of customer satisfaction. Tony started in January 2006 and holds a BA in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
CIO Phil Jarvis graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University, majoring in Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Economics. He has spent his 30+ year career in IT working in various industries, including Direct Sales, Telecommunications, Automotive, Software, Insurance and Healthcare. Phil's worked with start-ups, mid-market and Fortune 20 companies prior to working with World Emblem. He has also created IT teams from scratch and managed 100+ person teams with international experience leading teams in 8 countries.
Jim’s extensive experience in both plant management and the industry World Emblem caters to has propelled Jim from Plant Manager of the Atlanta location to his current title as Vice President of Plant Operations for the United States and Canada. Despite his Six Sigma Black Belt in Lean Manufacturing and his technical training at the Plant Managers Institute, Jim attests to his 20 years of experience in team leadership as the biggest contributing factor to the successes he has attained throughout his career. It is this factor that helps him motivate his current team to achieve success. As World Emblem’s Vice President of Operations, Jim provides for the consistency and predictability of all products to World Emblem customers from every production facility throughout the United States and Canada.
Jamie’s start within the industry began similar to that of his brother Randy. Working in various positions within his father’s company, he solidified his foundation for what would soon be a very rewarding career. Upon his father’s passing in 2000, Jamie also took leadership roles in various areas of the company infrastructure which were crucial to maintaining the family business.
Managing several departments from Shipping to Screen Printing, Jamie found his contribution to his company was best served within the realm of Sales. Since then, with Jamie at the helm, World Emblem has gone from a one-manned Sales department to that of 20 sales and territory account managers in various territories throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Along with his brother, Jamie continues to strive for newer and better heights, pushing the capabilities of his father's company beyond horizons never previously dreamed of.
Carolina has managed to combine her passion for marketing, consumer behavior and branding throughout her career and now brings it to World Emblem. Running top tier campaigns for global and national brands for over 13 years. She has a diverse background from agency, client, distributor and retail experiences in industries like luxury, consumer goods, tourism and banking.
She specialized in strategic planning, team building and most importantly growing brand presence and revenue goals. She graduated top of her class with a Masters in Science of Marketing from Florida International University. Carolina is an active member of the community through volunteering in various local organizations or mission trips.
He comes with experience in transformational change and a visionary leader in all aspects of financial operations in diversified industries. Having managed international finance teams and utilizing lean management tools.
Albert enjoys building teams to achieve common goals, mentoring employees and establishing a high-performance culture. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Certified Public Accountant certification.
What started as a passion for helping individuals make an impact positively with their career development turned into what is now a journey of over 16 years in Human Resources.
Clarissa joined World Emblem in 2021 coming from a diverse industry background from media, consumer goods, technology and automotive now adding textile. Her career has taken her to a multicultural experience from living and working within the US and internationally. Her specialized background is in developing talent strategies and processes while building high performing teams that drive a company’s goals. Graduated with a degree in Communications from St. Thomas University and an active member of several Human Resources communities.
After graduating with a degree in Marketing and Political Science, Nic excelled in several sales positions in the technology sector before starting with World Emblem in 2004 as a Sales Manager. His focus on client satisfaction has led World Emblem to create a new group of Territory Account Managers solely responsible for building and growing our current base. Nick has been integral in growing the sales team for the Uniform and Reseller markets.
Jorge originally joined World Emblem in 2003 as a Multi Head Machine Operator. From there, he moved into several different positions in operations and production. Jorge was part of the team that opened our current production plants, and ran both the Atlanta and Michigan facilities before moving into the Sales department in 2013. During his time at the company, Jorge helped develop World Emblem's current sales program as the first Territory Account Manager.
Tamara has been a part of the World Emblem team as a Territory Account Manager since 2015. Having worked in various fields from the television and film industry to public service in municipal government, she brings over 15 years of experience in communications, training, event planning, and growing client relations. She thrives on serving others and enjoys establishing and enhancing relationships. Since joining the World Emblem team, Tamara has been able to retain all accounts in her 11-state region and therefore increase sales retention by 15%.
Jessica started with World Emblem in 2018, as a Sales Admin, Supporting diligently the sales and Service areas.
She set the pace by providing excellent attention and follow-up to potential clients within the Non-Industrial Market.
Her performance enabled the Customer Service area to become an independent department in Mexico, increasing its capacity from 2 to 10 people.
With greater experience within the company, she was promoted to Client Success Manager in 2022.
Elena Martínez is a leader in sales and logistics with 10 years of experience, she has worked in companies such as DHL Express, Estafeta Mexicana, and Rappi México & Costa Rica. She has a major in International Logistics from ITESM and a diploma in strategic sales management. She has led teams of more than 30 people and excelled at accomplishing the goals and targets. She is excited to be part of World Emblem and build a strong sales team as well as be part of an internationally expanding company.
Michael graduated from Florida State University and immediately began working in Pharmaceutical sales upon graduating. After 5 years doing pharma sales, Michael turned his focus to growing his career and found himself at World Emblem taking over as the Director of Regional Sales. Michael's focus is to bring in business from some of the leaders in the apparel industry.
Noel Garcia was a Stockroom Supervisor for Puma at Union Square in New York City before he moved back to the South Florida area. He then became a Customer Service Manager at Inktel. During this time, Noel developed Customer Service reps to become Team Leads and Supervisors. Since beginning with World Emblem more than a year ago, Noel became a member of the Employee Engagement Committee and has worked on large accounts such as Cintas and Name Badges International.
Diane started her career in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry 25 years ago. After spending five years in Consumer Health Care, she decided to take on challenges in a new role. Since joining the team, World Emblem has opened a new manufacturing facility in Canada, which has helped with growth into the international market. Diane has been with World Emblem as a Sales Director since 2014. Her current passion and focus is client retention.
Lisa has been with the World Emblem team since 2015. Lisa brought with her an extensive background of 15+ years working in customer service. She started in our Michigan plant as a Client Services Representative. Since then Lisa has worked her way into the role of Production Supervisor and later Plant Manager of the Michigan Plant. Lisa was promoted to Sales Director and now works onsite at one of our Distributors' locations providing them with one on one daily support.
Ryan is our Territory Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. He has 13 plus years in the textile industry which includes industrial laundry and textile manufacturing. His favorite part of the job is using his experience to help customers achieve their goals. He also likes meeting with clients around the territory to gain more knowledge of their business.
Alma Duran lives in Southern California, has been in the sales industry for 20 years, and loves building relationships. Throughout her career, she has earned the trust of several local and national companies and maintained strong client relationships that generate repeat business. She strongly believes that her success is her ability to listen to customers and put their needs first. She also enjoys working as a team player.
When she's not working, she loves to travel, volunteer with her church, spend time at the beach, and spend time with her son and family.
Rodolfo initiated his journey with World Emblem in 2023, joining the esteemed Customer Service team. Throughout his tenure, he consistently showcased remarkable proficiency in his duties. His unwavering commitment and outstanding performance led to his promotion to the sales department, effective March of the current year. Drawing upon his extensive experience in both Customer Service and Sales, Rodolfo brings invaluable insights and expertise to his newfound role, catalyzing substantial growth and advancement within the department.
Fabiola began her journey with the company as a Customer Service Representative, where she diligently addressed customer inquiries and needs with exceptional care. Her steadfast commitment to exceeding expectations led to her being recognized as Customer Service of the Year. Later, in March of 2024, she was promoted to the position of Inside Sales Representative. In this role, she adeptly assists clients in meeting their project requirements, drawing on her extensive customer service experience to provide outstanding support and ensure the delivery of superior service to our valued clientele.
