Rhythm Systems’ Newest Book, Predictable Results

Rhythm provides a better way for employees to work toward the same goals. This means long-term, annual, quarterly, weekly and daily goals. Chapter 11 of the book highlights World Emblem, with a special focus on CEO Randy Carr and his playbook for success. Carr inherited World Emblem at the age of twenty-five when the company had only six employees. Now, Carr has since grown the company to over 1,000+ employees. He has four Core Values all employees live by: staying positive, keeping smart, getting the job done, and 100% commitment to the team.

“Early in my career, one of the first lessons I learned was this: it’s impossible for a business to grow with no core values,” Carr shared. “You have to establish goals and appreciate everything your associates do for your business”. As a result of Core Values, teams become more aligned with each other and the company.

Many highly-regarded business leaders authored Predictable Results. This includes Patrick Thean, Barry Pruitt, Cathy McCullough, Melissa Enriquez, Alan Gehringer, Chris Cosper, Liz McBride, Tiffany Chepul and Ted Skinner. These authors have experience as mid-market consultants, entrepreneurs, CEOs, presidents and managing partners. So, each chapter states patterns of success and practical tools so individuals build focus and accountability in their business. Using this book, leaders will be able to get the results they want.
