World Emblem Building Strong Partnerships in the Dominican Republic

August 13, 2025

At World Emblem, growth means more than increasing production capacity — it’s about building a stronger, more resilient business for the future. On August 12, we celebrated the groundbreaking of our new 100,104-square-foot facility in the Dominican Republic, set to begin operations by the end of this year. This marks a significant milestone in our nearshoring strategy, bringing part of our production closer to the U.S. while maintaining the high quality and customization our customers expect. Diversifying our manufacturing locations is key to ensuring stability, efficiency, and long-term growth.

The decision to expand to the Dominican Republic began earlier this year when CEO Randy Carr explored new opportunities for global expansion. We’re grateful for the support from the Dominican Association of Free Zones (Adozona) and its president, Claudia Pellerano, who played a vital role in helping us navigate the market and bring this vision to life.
