DESCRIPTION
Our smooth to the touch, Faux Suede Patches are lasered etched providing contrasting, engraved detail to your design while maintaining a soft feel on your fingertips. Available in 23 different colors.

EMBLEM SIZE LIMITS
Min – 0.5”W X 0.5”H
Max – 6.0”W X 6.0”H

Due to the laser cutting process, patch size may vary by +/- 2%.

Minimum elements: 0.5mm wide

PRESSURE-SENSITIVE
Make sure the application area is thoroughly cleaned. We recommend the use of rubbing alcohol. Remove paper backing and press firmly on the desired location.

LOW MELT HEAT SEAL ON GARMENTS - TOP HEAT

1. Set the press at 350-360° F with 40-50 psi of pressure.
2. Place the garment in the press. Make sure that the application location is wrinkle-free.
3. Place the patch onto the desired location on the garment. Thermal tape is optional.
4. Place a FlexStyle® silicone pad over the design.
5. Press for 10-15 seconds
6. Remove the garment from the press and allow to cool.

LOW MELT HEAT SEAL ON HATS - USING THE IQ 360 HAT HEAT PRESS

1. Set the press at 290°-300° F for top heat and 315°- 320°F for bottom heat with 60-80 psi of pressure.
2. Place the hat on the heat press, leaving out the inner layer of the cap. Use the adjustment lever for a better grip.
3.  Place the patch on the desired location. To secure the patch and preventing it from moving, use Thermal Tape.
4. Place a FlexStyle® silicone pad over the design.
5. Press for 15-18 seconds.
6. Deactivate the adjustment lever and remove the hat from the heat press.
7. Remove the Thermal Tape once the patch has cooled.

Our Faux Leather Patches provide the look and feel of real leather with a consistent, even finish. Available in multiple color choices, our patches are laser engraved providing a rustic but upscale look for your brand. And best of all, our Faux Leather is easy to maintain and safe for domestic wash!

EMBLEM SIZE LIMITS
Min: 0.5” X 0.5” / Max: 6” X 6”

MINIMUM TEXT SIZE
Smallest character should be at least 1mm high.

MINIMUM ELEMENTS SIZE
Elements on leather emblems must be at least 0.3mm width.

OUTLINE
Outlines should be 3mm width.

BACKING
Low Melt - This backing us commonly used on wearables and applied with a heat press.
Pressure Sensitive - This sticker backing is commonly used on hard goods. Also, suggested option if patches will be sewn-on, in which we recommend a 3mm margin around the design.

LIMITATIONS
Low Melt: Since the product is applied with heat, it is not recommended for use on materials that may be heat sensitive (ex. some nylons, silk, some plastics, leather wool, fleece, etc.)
Pressure Sensitive: The use of these emblems on surfaces that may contain an oil finish, such as silicon, Teflon, rough fabrics, or outdoor goods is not recommended.

WASHING INFORMATION
Faux Leather Patches will withstand at least 25 domestic washing machine cycles. 

SHELF LIFE
One year shelf life before applying (room temperature controlled environment).

3. Place the patch onto the desired location on the garment. Thermal tape is optional.
4. Place a FlexStyle® silicone pad over the design.
5. Press for 12-18 seconds
6. Remove the garment from the press and allow to cool.
