How do I create an account?
To create an account you must fill out the form on our Contact Us page.
The information will be received by our sales team, they will contact you within 48 hours to talk about your business's needs and how we can help you bring your brand to life! 
 
Then, one of our Client Success team members will create your account and username for you to create your password and have access to our digital catalog.
How do I resset my password?

What are your turn around times?

World Emblem’s on time performance is currently 95%. The following production times are in business days and do not include shipping. Orders must be placed by 1pm to be included as a production day. All other orders processed after 1pm ET will require an additional working business day. Production observes several national holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Embroidered Patches 1 business day 3 business days (up to 500 pieces. For every additional 1,000 pieces, add one day)
Sublimated Patches 1 business day 1 business day (up to 250 pieces. For every additional 1,000 pieces, add one day)
Screen Print Transfers 1 business day for digital sample 5 business days (up to 500 pieces)
FlexStyle 2 business days for digital sample, an additional day for mold and additional day for physical sample  5 business days (up to 500 pieces)

Stock products such as Thermal Label ID Tape, Blank Patches, and American Flag patches have next day delivery. Turnaround times may vary depending on the quantity ordered. Production times begin once payment terms have been established, a purchase order has been received and a sample has been approved.

How do I cancel an order?

Once an order is submitted, it instantly is sent to production, therefore no cancellations are accepted on custom orders that have been approved. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for more information.
