DESIGNS:
If a complex design is provided, World Emblem's designers will make necessary alterations to comply with product restrictions. No area of felt should be left without thread.

World Emblem specialists will decide the perfect combination of plush chenille and intricate embroidery to enhance your product, when a combination of both is needed.
TEXT WITHIN DESIGNS:
Text sizes ranging from 30mm to 45mm must be exclusively in block font. For text measuring larger than
45mm, other font types are permitted, aiming to match them as closely as possible.

EDGE:
All patches must have a felt fabric outer edge.
For emblems smaller than 6.9" x 6.9" the outer edge should be 4mm (+/- 1.5mm) For emblems bigger than 7" x 7" the outer edge should be 6mm (+/- 2mm) Inner outline of entire design must be embroidered & measure 3mm (+/- 0.5mm)

FLOATING ELEMENTS:
All Chenille+Embroidery Patches must have a uniform background that supports every text and elements. Floating elements are not allowed.
WASHING INFORMATION
Chenille Patches will withstand up to 25 domestic washing machine cycles.
SHELF LIFE
One year shelf life before applying (room temperature-controlled environment).

PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ON HARD GOODS
Make sure the application area is thoroughly cleaned. We recommend the use of rubbing alcohol. Remove paper backing and press firmly on the desired location.
APPLICATION SETTINGS FOR HATS - TOP & BOTTOM HEAT:
1. Set the press at 290-300° F for top heat, 315-320° F for bottom heat with 40-50 Psi of pressure.
2. Place the Chenille Patch on the desired location and secure it with thermal application tape
3. Cover the patch with a Flexstyle® Rubber Application Pad
4. Press for 14-17 seconds.
5. Remove the hat from the heat press and let it cool
LOW MELT HEAT SEAL ON GARMENTS - TOP HEAT
1. Set the press at 350-360° F with 40-50 Psi of pressure.
2. Pre-heat garment for 15-20 seconds
3. Place the Chenille Patch on the desired location and secure it with thermal application tape
4. Cover the patch with a Flexstyle® Rubber Application Pad
5. Press for 15-20 seconds
6. Remove the garment from the heat press and let it cool
7. Afer the patch is cool, remove the tape
