Limitations

Heat Applied – Recommended for thicker materials such as jackets and hats that can withstand a heat press at 320°F. Not recommended for use on materials that may be heat sensitive (e.g., some nylons, silk, some plastics, leather, wool, fleece, etc.) or for weather-treated materials due to chemicals that prevent proper adhesion.
Pressure-sensitive – Recommended for flat, non-textured surfaces including glass, plastic, wood, and metal. Not recommended for surfaces that may contain an oil finish (e.g., silicon, Teflon™), rough fabrics, or outdoor goods.

Washing Information

This product is intended for use on hats, bags, and jackets that are not regularly washed
Not recommended for dry cleaning or industrial wash

Shelf Life

One-year shelf life before applying (room temperature-controlled environment)

Application Instructions

Heat Applied Backing with a Top Heat Press - Garments

Set press to 315°-325°F for top heat with 70-80 psi of pressure.
Ensure application location is wrinkle-free and place garment onto press.
Place patch onto desired location on garment. Thermal Tape is optional.
Press for 12-18 seconds.
Remove garment from press and allow to cool.

Heat Applied Heat Seal on Hats - Using the 360 IQ™ Hat Heat Press

Set press to 275°-285°F for top heat and 315°-320°F for bottom heat with 60-80 psi of pressure.
Place hat on heat press and preheat for 15-18 seconds.
Place emblem onto desired location. To secure the emblem and prevent it from moving, use Thermal Tape.
Press for 25 seconds.
Remove hat from heat press.
Remove Thermal Tape once the patch has cooled.

Peel & Stick

Clean application area with rubbing alcohol.
Remove paper backing, press emblem firmly on desired location.
