Industrial Heat Seal

Limitations

Heat Seal – Since the product is applied with heat, it is not recommended for use on materials that may be heat sensitive (e.g., some nylons, silk, some plastics, leather, wool, fleece, etc.).

Washing Information

Machine wash inside-out using mild detergent
Patches with industrial heat seal backing will withstand 52 industrial wash cycles

Shelf Life

One-year shelf life before applying (room temperature-controlled environment)

Application Instructions

Heat Applied Backing with a Top Heat Press - Garments

Set press to 400°F for top heat with 60-80 psi of pressure.
Ensure application location is wrinkle-free and place garment onto press.
Place patch onto desired location on garment. Thermal Tape is optional.
Press for 10-12 seconds.
Remove garment from press and allow to cool.

Heat Applied Heat Seal on Hats - Using the 360 IQ™ Hat Heat Press

Set press to 375°-380°F for top heat with 60-80 psi of pressure.
Place hat on heat press and preheat for 25 seconds.
Place emblem onto desired location. To secure the emblem and prevent it from moving, use Thermal Tape.
Press for 25 seconds.
Remove hat from heat press.
Remove Thermal Tape once the patch has cooled.

Industrial Heat Seal

Set the press at 395°F-405°F for top heat and 395°F-405°F for bottom heat with 60-80 psi of pressure.
Ensure garment is application location is wrinkle-press and place garment in press.
Place patch on desired location. To secure patch and prevent it from moving, use Thermal Tape.
Press for 10-14 seconds.
Remove garment from press and allow to cool.
