When is Client Services Available?

Client Services Representatives are available from 8am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday, ET. Voicemail messages can be left during all other hours. We will return your call the following business day. The Service department also observes all national holidays.

What payment methods are accepted?

World Emblem accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. To apply for terms with World Emblem, please contact World Emblem Client Services at 1-800-766-0448.

What shipping methods are available?

World Emblem ships exclusively with FedEx via overnight service on all samples and overnight service on production orders.

What are your timelines for delivery?

World Emblem’s on time performance is currently 95%. The following production times are in business days and do not include shipping. Orders for name badges and stickers must be ordered by 10am, but for all other items can be done by 1pm to be included as a production day. All other orders processed after 1pm ET will require an additional working business day. Production observes several national holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Stock products such as Thermal Label ID Tape, Blank Patches, and American Flag patches have next day delivery. Turnaround times may vary depending on the quantity ordered. Production times begin once payment terms have been established, a purchase order has been received and a sample has been approved.

Why did I receive more patches than I ordered?

World Emblem attempts to produce your order in the exact quantities specified, but it is not always possible. Therefore, you may receive a few complimentary pieces at no charge.

Can i send my own garments to be embellished?

Client supplied garments are always welcome at World Emblem. Please contact Client Services at 1-800-766-0448 to place your order through one of our representatives. The packages may be shipped to us directly from the vendor or from your current location. Our Client Services Representatives will also supply a Customer Supplied Garment (CSG) number for you to place on the outside of the box. This information will allow us to match your order with your box of incoming garments so they can be quickly moved to production.

What format should my artwork be submitted?

World Emblem prefers to work with camera ready art and will attempt to work with all digital design formats including AI, EPS, CDR, BMP, JPG, GIF and TIF. Please keep in mind that the design can only be as good as the artwork that is provided.

What is the process for ordering?
  • Design your apparel decoration.
  • Place your production order.
  • Receive your physical sample (digital sample emailed for transfers, FlexStyle and Lenticular) for approval to go to production.
  • Receive your order.
Will sales tax be added to my order?

Only clients shipping to Florida, Georgia, Michigan, California and Illinois have taxes added to their orders since World Emblem has locations in all of these states. If your company is tax exempt, please inform Client Services when placing your order and you will not be charged for tax. You will need to present a Resale Tax Certificate for verification purposes.

How do I make a return?

World Emblem strives to satisfy all of our clients which is why we always send a physical sample for approval before producing your order. If you have any questions or issues with your order, contact our Client Services at 1-800-766-0448 and we will make it right.

How do i cancel an order?

Once an order is submitted, it instantly is sent to production, therefore no cancellations are accepted on custom orders that have been approved.
